Congrats to the South Teams (USC, UCI, UCSB) for qualifying for the
PCC's, to date I have only heard from UCSC, Stanford as teams that
want to sail in the PCC's for Team racing.
North Teams pleas reply that you want to compete, if more than 3
teams want to sail we must have a sail off.
