ENTRY - Deadline December 26, 2007 The entry form must be completed and returned to Mike Segerblom at the US Sailing Center, Long Beach by December 26, 2007. At the discretion of the organizer entries may not be accepted after this date. Entry fees may be paid at registration on Saturday Jan. 5th provided the Entry Form was received on or before 5:00 PM December 26, 2007. ENTRY FEES Entry Fees are $120.00 per team (College or H.S.). The entry fee includes 5 dinners per team. Additional dinners available at $15.00 each. (Reservations by Saturday - 10:00 a.m. 1/05/08). Please make checks payable to "USC Sailing". Payment is due by 10:00 a.m. 1/05/08 Give USC a hand and fax in your entry forms before you leave for break. The fax number for the sailing center is (562) 433-3668.
