The plan is to keep the sloop team to 3 sailors as per the NOR http://www.collegesailing.org/pciyra/docs08/sloopPCC_nor.pdf. This is what was agreed upon at the PCCSC Executive Committee Meeting in April and the ICSA Sloop Conditions do not specify that the number of crew used in the eliminations must be the same as the number of crew used for the nationals. http://collegesailing.org/nas/conditions/icsa_sloop_conditions_2006.pdf The event will be sailed in shields. There is NO on-site parking, the OCC Sailing Center is under construction so teams will need to park on the street. If you park in the Boy Scout Base parking lot you run the risk of being towed. Teams must notify UCI of their intent in the South Sloop Eliminations by October 27th and North Eliminations will be done via resume which is attached.
