Notice of Race Host: USC/US Sailing Center Long Beach Site: US Sailing Center Long Beach Boats/Sails: The regatta will be sailed in Club/Collegiate Flying Juniors. Each team must provide PCCSC legal boats and sails. A limited number of boats can be chartered by emailing Mike Segerblom. Boats will be allocated by need and then order of request. Charter fee is $100 per boat for 2 days. You must bring your own sails. Saturday, February 28 Sunday, March 1 9:30am Report Time 9:30am Report Time 10:00am Skippers meeting 10:00am Leave Dock 10:30am Leave Dock 11:00am First Warning 11:30am First Warning 4:00pm No Start After ENTRY FEE: $20 per boat/team Due by 10am on Saturday TEAMS: All currently eligible ICSA sailors from PCCSC schools are encouraged to attend. All teams hoping to qualify for the PCCSC Dinghy PCCs must send at least one complete team (four eligible sailors). FORMAT: We will determine if the Varsity and JV will sail together at the skippers meeting. If the fleet is split, one coed varsity boat and one all womens boat per school will be permitted to sail in the Varsity division. There is no limit on the number of JV teams per school. You will sail your own boat in all races. We will rotate divisions approximately every two races. The regatta is a two day event with all races from both days being totaled for the team score. RACING AREA: We will sail near the Belmont Pier and rotate from the pier dock. HOUSING: A very limited number of spots on boats at the US Sailing Center will be made available on a need and order of request basis.
