Apparently yesterday the dock at the Belmont Pier was removed for maintenance and repair. This despite approval to use it this weekend from the City of Long Beach Manager of Marinas and Beaches and the permitee that operates the pier. They were both unaware of the maintenance departments plans.
Hence we will need to hold the regatta this weekend off of the beach adjacent to ABYC "Rose Bowl Regatta Style". Regards, Mike Michael H.
