Hey There, As head of the technical committee I am more than willing to/should get involved in this effort. Please keep in mind that I don't' claim to be an expert on sails or to have strong relationship with the sail lofts. On the other hand no time like the present to learn. I am happy to take on either a lead role on the grunt work.
As far as the Pacific Northwest and Intersectionals what does everyone else do? Maybe we can get the sail loft that wins the bid to help out with some community PCCSc sails set aside for that purpose. Mike, If you want to send me whatever you can find in your archives I will be happy to take on writing up an RFQ/RFP. Brian let me know where things stand at your end and what I can do at this point.
