Hello There, Attached is the NOR for North 3 and 4. I apologize for getting it out so late, but as most of you know there was some question about whether or not we would be able to host the regatta. We are now good to go and look forward to seeing you here in Monterey. Unfortunately we do not have any boats for charter and there really aren't any available here in Monterey so you will need to arrange for your own boats.
