Greetings

It seems to me that, if one tries to move something, which user can't
rename, to trash pcmanfm still creates the trashinfo file.

Steps to reproduce:
Try to move /usr to Trash as a regular user.
find .local/share/Trash/ -iname usr*
Note that only the trashinfo-file is there.

Nautilus prevents this by disallowing user to even try use move to trash
on files that user can't rename.
