Yes - although its a few levels high for a checkout.
I'd personally suggest
svn://vcs.pcre.org/pcre/code/trunk/
[replace trunk with tags/<tagname> or branches/<branchname> as appropriate]
as the tahini name is a specific machine, and would change if the underlying
server was changed for any reason (as it did a couple of years back).
