PCRE 8.34 has just landed in Qt [1] (targeting Qt 5.3), so I'll push this patch ASAP. In order to give it some more visibility, would it be possible to apply this patch to the tagged 8.34 version and release a "8.34.1"? At least this way people won't have to wait for the usual release cycle...
