Yes, you're right. The pcre.org website is maintained separately from
the FTP site, which is the definitive home of PCRE; and I unfortunately
neglected to update the website when the PCRE 8.36 release went out.
I've updated the website and SourceForge download mirror now; thanks for
the note, and sorry for any confusion!
