I've updated http://pcre.org/ accordingly. I also noticed I totally
missed the PCRE 8.36 and PCRE2 10.10 releases, so I have also updated
the website and the SourceForge.net download mirror with those releases.

This is a bug-fix release. No further development of PCRE1 is planned,
though bugs are still being fixed. New features will be added to PCRE2
(the 10.xx series of releases).
