I will take a look at your URL in due course, but you can already do some of
that kind of thing in PCRE2 by making use of (*MARK) items. In the next release
it is possible to refer to (*MARK) values in the pcre2_substitute functions,
which will allow this. However, only one (*MARK) value comes back from a match,
so it is limited.
