Hello,

I've updated http://pcre.org and the unofficial SourceForge HTTPS mirror accordingly.

Humbly,

Just one or two minor issues have been changed since -RC1. See NEWS and
ChangeLog for details of changes since 10.22. Note that the way
pcre2_compile() works has been substantially refactored, though the API
and compiled code are unaltered.

Heads up: the next major work is a similar refactoring of pcre2_match(),
which will abolish its use of the stack for backtracking. I will start
integrating this in a week or two, when 10.23 has had a (short) time to
be tested for any gross problems.
