I can provide an unzipped plain version of the file, but don't want to do that if people might accidentally open it in some OS that is at risk. I also don't know enough about the ClamAV internals to know how they use PCRE2 with this - e.g. are they running the whole file against that expression? Or chunks, or particular pieces? I know this isn't a particularly great bug report, sorry :(.
