So Tumbleweed is building PCRE2 with the sljitProtExecAllocator allocator
enabled. I've just found that it's controlled by the configure switch
--enable-jit-sealloc , which indeed is passed to configure. 

Is it a sane default for distributions in the light of being still experimental
code? It doesn't seem to be marked that way at all. For the record,
Ubuntu/Debian do not pass that switch to configure.
