Possible fix
CMake fails with a path/quiting error on Windows since commit 1262.
This relates to issue #2588 (cf. https://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2588)
The attached patch fixes the issue on Windows and also ollows to build in paths
containing a space, also tested on Linux.
