Hi All, I have an ACR122U, ACR1251 and ACR1252. When I plug the ACR122U directly into the Raspberry Pi (B) and then run the command (OpenSC):
opensc-tool --list-readers I get the output: Nr. Card Features Name 0 No ACS ACR122U PICC Interface 00 00 However, when I plug in either the ACR1251 or ACR1252 and run the same command - no devices are listed. However, the /var/log/messages does display: Dec 4 17:34:50 monit2 kernel: [ 2639.005593] usb 1-1.2: new full-speed USB device number 14 using dwc_otg Dec 4 17:34:50 monit2 kernel: [ 2639.136265] usb 1-1.2: not running at top speed; connect to a high speed hub Dec 4 17:34:50 monit2 kernel: [ 2639.157158] usb 1-1.2: New USB device found, idVendor=072f, idProduct=223b Dec 4 17:34:50 monit2 kernel: [ 2639.173078] usb 1-1.2: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0 Dec 4 17:34:50 monit2 kernel: [ 2639.189194] usb 1-1.2: Product: ACR1252 Dual Reader Dec 4 17:34:50 monit2 kernel: [ 2639.203370] usb 1-1.2: Manufacturer: ACS Does this mean that the system recognises the USB device but does not have the right drivers to install? Anybody any ideas on how to get these working? My Pi setup: Wheezy 7 PCSC-Lite: 1.8.12 LibCCID: 1.4.7-1 Many thanks for any answers.
