It's not nice to make fun of someone's name. Superman would never do that!!

But seriously, is it necessary or proper to ask before putting a link to
someone's site? I assumed that people want you to link to their site. I
made a list of links to other sites at my website
(http://freeselectivesingles.com/otherdatingservices.php). Was I not
supposed to do that?

I'd ask Lois Lane to go to the Library and check out this guy before
committing.

Greetings!

My name is Clark, and I'm a library assistant at the Eugene Public Library.
I'm currently creating a new web page for our site that will focus on our
computer books, magazines and databases. There will also be a section on
local resources. With your permission, I would like to add your web site to
a list of local community links. These links are currently limited to our
online internet signup site, a notice of wireless access at the library, and
a list of institutions that offer computer classes. Please let me know if
linking to you would be okay, or if you have any questions about the nature
of the forthcoming web page.

Thanks,
Clark Kent
