I am using Quicken99 to keep my home and investment files. This year
(today), for the first time, I tried to perform a "Year End Copy" by
following the procedure:
File -> File Operations -> Year End Copy.
I selected "Archive" and inserted the File Name that I wanted to use. I
clicked "OK" and my computer started to copy my files. It got about 1/2
way through and then the dreaded "This program has performed an illegal
operation and will be shut down". I tried to perform this task several
times, and got the same result. The error message is created below.

QW caused an invalid page fault in
module QACCES32.DLL at 0.14f:00bddb4.

I don't understand any of the above, and would appreciate any help that you
can provide me, so that I will be able to get this file to copy completely.

Thank you, in advance.
