(Dee, when you post a message, you should not put 're' in
the subject line, since that means that someone has already
replied to your post.) "Re:" is automatically added to the
subject line AFTER the first reply.
For your question, everything in the start menu can be
deleted since they are only shortcuts. If you can't
manually delete them in the usual manner, tweakui will do it
for most of them under the IE4 tab. (This is for the start
MENU and not for the 'programs' folder in the start menu,
which you don't need to use tweakui for them).
