PCWorks: Dangers of HTML email info?

Hi all, will someone be kind enough to post the URL(s) that
have information on the dangers of HTML email?  I had a
couple, but can't seem to find them now.  I have some
individuals which claim it is totally safe and HTML
formatted email can't do any harm!
