Tools -- Accounts -- Mail tab -- Properties button -- Advanced tab
At bottom in Delivery section, check the box "Leave a copy of messages on
the server"
If your Internet service provider does not allow you to save messages on the
server, a dialog box will appear informing you of that.
WARNING: Leaving messages on the server without remembering to delete them
is a sure method of losing mail. If your mailbox fills up, senders will
receive a bounce message telling them that the mailbox is full but you will
never know it.
