Win 95 does not have SFC as well as not having MSCONFIG or MSINFO32.
These all came with Win 98 and higher. The best repair for 95 is just
to reinstall right over the old to retain the shortcuts and setups. It
should find and repair/replace corrupt or missing files that way.
