Problem My C drive was a bit full so I uninstalled Paint Shop Pro 7 from Drive C and reinstalled it on Drive D . PSP has worked satisfactorily but appears to have left me with a couple of problems. When I try to access PSP graphics images or Word files by clicking on an icon in either Windows or My Computer After a long wait the Word file eventually opens. The PSP graphics do not open and everything freezes up and I have to use Control Alt Delete to get out and then I have to recover my desktop settings. I have tried other files belonging to different programmes and they behave in a similar manner to the Word files. When I use Control Alt Delete I notice that there is an indication that PSP is still running even though I am supposed to have closed the programme. When I click on a file using Windows Explorer or My Computer and then use Control Alt Delete to get out of the freeze up I notice that it indicates two PSP programmes running. When I close them down in C/A/D my computer runs at normal speed. I have 128 Mb Ram available. I would emphasise that before I change locations I had no problem with PSP7 and found it an excellent programme. I really would be grateful for any help.
