Your best bet is to uninstall Netscape and reinstall.  If you use the
Add/remove from Control Panel, you will retain all of your settings,
email, bookmarks, etc.  It will only remove the monitored install of
Netscape.  After removing, reboot and then reinstall and you will have
it all back.  This is part of the tip directly from Netscape that I
received some time ago.  If you have any sort of serious misbehaviour,
its best to uninstall and reinstall.  I find that I have to do it every
so often so I just keep a copy on a cd and it takes about 5 minutes or
so to do.
