Clint,
There is a possibility that whatever program you use to create/design
your web pages is somehow controlling your IE window size. For example,
Arachnophilia states that you need to open your browser after opening
Arachnophilia so that it can "initialize" the browser. This means that
to some degree, it is controlling the browser. I write my own webpages
as you do, but I still use a program to write them that has more features
than, say Notepad. What do you use to write webpages?
