Diane,

Make sure you look at the bottom info about the field you have setup as
a number - make sure it is set as single or double, rather than integer
or long integer. Integer fields will always be just the whole number
part, rather than the complete number and decimal values which is what
you are in need of. You would probably, based on the values you are
talking about, want to use single rather than double, since double takes
up LOTS more storage than single.
