Hi Helene,
I have used the Norton Anti-virus system for a few years now and find it
excellent. It automatically scans my email and all downloads (or I can
can turn it off if I don't need the auto part.) I have no trouble
getting updates for the antivirus codes and I have *never* had a virus
on my system except the *.kak thing when I was running with no
protection one time.
