find a jpg on your computer.....click on it once to highlight it.....hold
your shift key down and RIGHTclick on it......choose "open with"....scroll
thru the list of programs and choose Netscape.....put a check in the box at
the bottom that says "Always use this program to open files of this
type".......OK your way out of this box....now all jpgs will open with
Netscape
