Not at all. The "correct" way it should be done though, is
after you reinstall it, you should also reinstall all
security updates, patches, fixes, etc that you previously
downloaded from the windows update site. Sometimes drivers
need to be reinstalled as well for BEST results, but I
'personally' never had to do any of that. BE SURE you
DISABLE your antivirus software and anything else you have
loading with windows before you do so because the PC will
restart a couple of times during the installation and what
ever you have loading at start up could interfere with this.
