I am using Win 2K. The program has stopped performing drag and drop
operations. When I click and hold a file, nothing happens. The program
won't drag and drop in any application.
I would appreciate any help in getting this back without reinstalling Win
2K. (I already ran through the system repair option. It didn't restore
drag and drop.)
