Go to the Start menu/program files/Administrative tools/computer management.
If you don't have Administrative tools on your start menu, right click on
the taskbar, choose properties, then advanced and check the box to show it.
Open computer management. Go to Disk management. You'll see all of your
disks in the right hand box. Right click on the drive you want to change.
Select "change drive letter."
