Hi Patricia,
Right click my computer, left click explore. Then work your way to
the mail folder in netscape. Highlight the mail folder, go to file and
left click it, scroll to send to and click 3 1/2 floppy.
C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\graynag\Mail
(Substitute your user name for graynag,which is mine.)
