I cannot get access to my Solo 2500 laptop because the entire desktop icons and the start button cannot open up with the following error message: "Explorer has caused an error in GD132.DLL. Explorer will now close. If you continue to experience problems,try restarting your computer". This, I have done several times over and I continue to receive the same error message. I have used 3.5 floppy and Gateway Portable system restoration CD version 3.1 to try to restore my lost data, but once again, it's the same error message I'm getting. Please,I need help.
