You are absolutely right Peter!
Just tried it myself...lowercase a in the Marlett font !
Here ya go Marlene, there's your checkmark you have been looking for !
You can also find different kinds of arrows, letter x, even the tiny square
minimize, Maximize and close buttons at the top right corner.
You can also d/l a freeware notepad replacement called Editpad Lite
http://www.editpadlite.com/ which is a much better replacement to the
old Microsoft notepad and way better than most other notepad replacements
that I've tried out, you can put charactors like the checkmark
in this notepad plus much more !
