The crash dump file (user.dmp) contains varied program error details,
including information on the computer and the user logged in at the time the
error took place.
Likewise the memory map (memory.dmp) contains the entire contents of memory
that was copied to the system paging file.
Yes you can delete these files. They are only to aid you in debugging of
system crashes.
