Jeff you are running Office 2000 and this is a feature of it for Script
debugging, if you are not in the habit of debugging scripts on web pages
then I would recommend you uninstall it from Office. Go to Add/Remove of
the Office installer to remove it from your system. Or if you choose to
leave it as is then go here
