Patti,
It could be just that the server is down..have you tried since then?
You could try removing FP extensions, then re-enabling them.
I stopped using Front Page to upload my new pages because somehow the url's
were changing in the registry and FP was trying to upload to the incorrect
site.
I now use FTP to upload.
