I use OE and there is, indeed, a rule to dump messages at the isp level.
However, in this case it may be too late.
All you have to do is call your ISP and have them remove that message. Some
ISP's will tell you they can't do that or have to dump everything in your
mailbox. Not true :-) I've had to have one message deleted by my isp in
the past. They can identify the culprit and delete it. You can also do it
yourself if you have instructions from your server on how to get there from
Start/Run...etc. I've also done it that way.

But I would need to know some information before I do that.
I'd have no idea what to place in the message rule.
I just delete it from web mail, but I was thinking I may have a setting
wrong or Outlook may be corrupted some how.
