The de facto standard is http://www.winzip.com/. It is shareware. I'm sure there are
probably dozens of freeware programs that will do what you want. Look in any of the
usual download sites (http://www.tucows.com/, http://download.cnet.com/ etc.) in the
"Utilities" section (I think). WinZip, IMHO, is the best and well worth the money.
