Hi, We just purchased a new computer for our son. AMD ATHLON 1.0 GHz Mhz CPU ,810LMR Motherboard, 3DSOUND, 56K FAX/MODEM, 10/100 LAN, 128mb PC133 SDRAM, 17" KDS Monitor, ATX Tower Case, Color Ink Jet Printer, 30 gb UDMA IDE Hard Drive, 52X CDROMDrive, 1.44" Floppy Drive,2 USB Ports and a PS/2 Port Onboard, 32mb AGP Video W/ 2x Accelerator, Windows 98 Keyboard, 2 Serial Ports (COM1 and COM2), 1 LPT Printer Port, 120 Watt 2 Piece Amplified Speakers, Heavy Duty AMD Approved BALL BEARING Cooling Fan Includes 2 Button Mouse AND Windows 98 2nd Ed Operating System. He was checking out the screen savers and none of the 3D ones will work, flower box, flying objects, Maze, pipes or text will work. An error message always comes up! What can he do to get these to work? Everything else is ok. Also I am using Norton System Works on my machine. Could I install it on his and he use it also. Will updates come in on both or will I have to buy him his own version? TIA.......... It's a "glenduh"type of day.
