I've read in quite a few magazines (from E-Week to Smart Computing, among
others) that the last one you would want is Black Ice. In all the tests
they conducted, it had the worst results. Even McAfee and Norton's products
(which were still poor) did a better job. I believe Steve Gibson even shows
his results on his site when he conducted his tests. Before you buy some
other software, read up on it and make sure it does what it claims to do.
