Thanks to this list, I have my Netscape set up this way.  A friend who uses
IE cannot seem to keep the "read only" from defaulting back to where the
file can be written to.  

I have an old copy of IE on here, and it appears that the cookies in IE are
each kept in their own file?  Netscape puts them all in one text file.

Can anyone guide me as to how to manage this situation using IE?
