I don't have Win98 anymore but  it's in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup.
Somewhere in there.  Look for a key named SourcePath.

I believe it's same it Win9x and Win200
