Good afternoon

My email program occasionally does this as well (with yahoo and
others)..  I have a feeling it has something to do with the
length of time it takes for the password check (timeout).  

I don't use any version of outlook so it cant be the email
program and I doubt its the ISP as I am Canadian and I don't
think Viveca is so that narrows down the variables.
