Hi, wonder if someone can help me with this problem...............I have an H/P
Pavilion 8280, running Windows 98 SE. My problem is this.....when I go to
start/shutdown and then click shutdown when the box comes up, it works ok until
the "Windows is Shutting Down" message comes up. At this time the computer
begins to turn on again, just as it would if I had clicked RESTART instead of
shut down. For the past two or three days, I have had to unplug my computer
from the wall to shut it down. Would appreciate your help. Ann Parker
