Hi Mike, What I do with my Drive Image 4 by PowerQuest is split the image file into the right sizes so I can move them to my CDs. When you come to the "Create Image' dialogue in DI, there is a button on the bottom, "Advanced Option" where you can tell it how to proceed. - Roger
