yes...the rules are applied in the order in which they are listed

sometimes the answer is to add an "exception" to a rule, which is the last
step in the rule creating wizard......so, after you make the rule, add the
exceptions.

Originally I had set the rules to copy and redid them all to move. This is
really bugging me. Does the order in which the rule is applied make a
difference? If so is their any information on ordering of the rules
