Surprisingly enough, it never did before but with new owners (Yahoo) they now seem to think it does. The concept of a mirror site seems to escape their mental capabilities. In addition, they also appear to be directionally challenged in that they can't seem to figure out directions, that is, does site A access site B or vice versa or neither. Here is the section of the TOS they said I violated: ""Remote loading is the act of pulling files from your GeoCities account from a location other than your GeoCities site -- for example: setting up a home page with another service and then loading files to that site from your GeoCities account." No files have every been "pulled" from GeoCities by my home domain. However, GeoCities "pulls" files from Expita.com (an ftp directory only). It used to "pull" files from Netcom.com (until they were assimilated by Mindspring.com). All links are relative to the site where the pages are located. Only exception is the mailto address and the ftp directory. Anyway, everything I had at GeoCities can be found at http://www.expita.com/ -- Gerry Boyd ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
